这针对筒形拉深件在试模中出现的零件起皱问题,采用正交试验的方法研究坯料形状尺寸、压边力、凹模圆角半径和摩擦系数这4个因素及水平对起皱的影响。通过Dyanform软件对正交试验安排进行模拟,得到了试验的考查指标“最大增厚率”。将“最大增厚率”与各工艺参数进行趋势图对比分析,得到了该零件的最佳工艺参数组合为A3B1C1D2,坯料形状尺寸、压边力、凹模圆角半径和摩擦系数这4个因素的水平分别Φ215 mm,35 k N,R4 mm和0.125。根据得到的最优工艺参数组合修改模具结构,再次试模得到了合格产品,解决了零件的起皱问题。
This article aims at the wrinkling problem of the parts of the cylindrical drawing parts in the trial mold.
