对当今世界优秀男女百米跑运动员的主要技术参数进行了研究,其主要结果如下:(1)步频与步长是决定成绩的最主要因素,步频和步长之间存在着高度负相关,其相关度是男子大于女子,步频与步长之比,男女平均值分别为1.98∶1,2.18∶1,若用 X_1、X_2分别表示步频和步长,则可用一个很精确的函数表达式表示推算成绩(?)值来,其公式为:男:(?)=22.7305-1.403X_1-2.8996X_2,女:Y=31.7183-2.3685X_1-4.9787X_2。(2)步频呈先升后降规律,最大值在30~60米段,步幅呈逐渐上升趋势,说明在60米后主要是尽可能地提高步幅,同时尽量减少步频下降幅度,即在不能继续维护最大步频情况下,在已获得最大速度后,应充分利用身体向前惯性,主动“放松”(下转第52页)
