作业是反馈教学效果的重要途径,它既能使学生巩固已学知识,又能培养学生的自学能力。作业设计是教师的一项常规工作,特别是在小学数学教学中,实施个性化作业设计,不仅可以满足不同层次的学生需求,而且使所有学生都能在原有的基础上得到发展与提高。作为教师,我们应该力争优化作业,设计出形式多样、内容新颖、符合学生实际的作业,以充分调动学生的积极性,让他们在完成作业中享受学习的快乐。当前小学数学教学中作业设计现状:
Homework is an important way to feedback the teaching effect. It not only enables students to consolidate the knowledge they have learned, but also cultivates students’ self-learning ability. Job design is a regular job for teachers. Especially in primary school mathematics teaching, the design of personalized work can not only meet the needs of students at different levels, but also enable all students to develop and improve on the basis of the original. As teachers, we should strive to optimize our homework assignments and design new forms that are innovative in content and in line with students’ actual work so as to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students so that they will enjoy the joy of study while completing their homework.
