目前曲柄压力机调速系统存在调速范围窄、低速故障、微调死机等问题。在分析调速故障原理的基础上,找出了问题存在的原因,提出了解决问题的方法及改进措施。针对开关磁阻压力机调速系统,制定了以最高速度和工作能量为设计基准的改进方案,建立了传动系统的设计计算公式,并进行了实例验证。结果表明,新型开关磁阻调速压力机具有调速范围宽、高速和低速运行可靠等优势,市场前景更广大。
At present, crank press machine speed control system existence of narrow speed range, low-speed failure, fine-tuning crash and other issues. Based on the analysis of the principle of speed regulation fault, the reasons for the existence of the problem are found out, the methods to solve the problem and the improvement measures are put forward. Aiming at the speed control system of switched reluctance press, an improved scheme with the highest speed and working energy as the design basis was established, and the formula of transmission system was established and verified by an example. The results show that the new switched reluctance speed press has the advantages of wide speed range, reliable operation at high speed and low speed, and has a broader market prospect.
