1前言随着建筑业的发展,许多建筑的装修和内部设备的造价超过土建造价。这样的建筑如果在强震中产生严重破坏,其维修的费用是惊人的,而且由于非结构构件或内部设施的损坏,也不可避免地要造成人身伤亡,这就是传统抗震设计方法的局限性。在这种情况下,以阻隔地震能量为出发点,在强震作用下不损坏结构获知产生轻微破坏为目标的基础隔震技术,已经进入结构设计领域。隔震的基本原理橡胶垫基础隔震技术是在建筑物的基础和上部结构之间设置一个隔震层,以阻隔地震能量向上部结构的传导。
1 Introduction With the development of the construction industry, the cost of decoration and interior equipment for many buildings exceeds the cost of construction.
