通过实验的手段并结合origin软件对Q235碳钢经拉伸变形后的固体渗碳工艺进行深入研究,获得实验室条件下合理的变形热处理渗碳工艺参数。研究了渗碳层深度与实际拉伸变形率的关系、渗碳层深度与渗碳温度的关系、定性的分析对改善其热处理性能有重要意义。
By means of experiments and in combination with the origin software, the solid carburization process of Q235 carbon steel after tensile deformation was studied in detail, and the reasonable deformation heat treatment carburization process parameters under laboratory conditions were obtained. The relationship between the depth of carburized layer and the actual tensile deformation rate was studied. The relationship between the depth of carburized layer and the temperature of carburizing was investigated. The qualitative analysis is of great significance to improve the heat treatment performance.
