目的观察钴铬合金烤瓷冠、金铂合金烤瓷冠和氧化锆全瓷冠对牙周组织的影响。方法对152例患者的278颗牙分别经钴铬合金烤瓷、金铂合金烤瓷和氧化锆全瓷冠桥修复后3年复查,观察修复前后基牙牙龈色泽、牙龈指数、菌斑指数和牙周探诊深度的变化。结果 27.2%钴铬合金烤瓷冠和5.15%的金铂合金烤瓷在修复后3年牙龈变色,氧化锆全瓷冠组牙龈无变色;钴铬合金组和金铂合金组的牙龈指数、菌斑指数与修复前比较有显著差异(P<0.05),牙周探诊深度无显著差异(P>0.05)。氧化锆全瓷组牙周指数与修复前比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论钴铬合金烤瓷冠对牙周组织影响最大,金铂合金烤瓷冠次之,氧化锆全瓷冠对牙周组织影响最小,但其远期效果还需进一步观察。
Objective To observe the effects of cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crowns, gold-platinum alloy porcelain crowns and zirconia porcelain crowns on periodontal tissues. However, the long-term effects need to be further observed.
