前已报道,水稻的耐冷性,各品种间有广泛的差异,品种的耐冷水平与原产地的生态环境有密切的关系,是长期适应特定生态环境形成的遗传特性。日本乌山国士等和朝鲜G.S.chung对水稻在孕期期、苗期的耐冷性遗传都曾作过研究,但水稻在芽期和抽穗期耐冷性的遗传,则尚未见报道。本文对7个品种及其所配组合的后代在人工低温条件下的表现进行了观察和分析,试图对水稻芽期和抽穗期耐冷性的遗传作初步探讨。
It has been previously reported that the cold tolerance of rice has a wide range of differences among varieties. The tolerance of cold tolerance to the ecological environment of origin is closely related to the genetic characteristics of long-term adaptation to the specific ecological environment. Kusunoki Kobayashi of Japan and G.S. Chung of North Korea have conducted studies on the inheritance of cold tolerance of rice during the gestation and seedling stages. However, the inheritance of cold tolerance at the bud and heading stages has not been reported yet. In this paper, we observed and analyzed the performance of seven cultivars and the combinations of their descendants at artificial low temperature, and tried to discuss the inheritance of cold tolerance at the budding and heading stages.
