目的:对电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定川芎中铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、钡(Ba)、铊(Tl)、铅(Pb)含量的不确定度进行评定。方法:用ICP-MS法测定川芎中Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、As、Cd、Ba、Tl、Pb的含量,通过对测定方法流程进行分析,确定不确定度来源,并计算合成不确定度。结果:用ICP-MS法测定Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、As、Cd、Ba、Tl、Pb的扩展不确定度分别为Cr 0.180 mg/kg、Mn 2.640 mg/kg、Co0.012 mg/kg、Ni 0.065 mg/kg、Cu 0.400 mg/kg、As 0.010 mg/kg、Cd 0.030 mg/kg、Ba 1.520 mg/kg、Tl 0.003 mg/kg、Pb 0.051 mg/kg。结论:该方法适用于ICP-MS法测定川芎中Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、As、Cd、Ba、Tl、Pb的不确定度评定,为重金属元素分析过程的不确定度评定提供了重要参考。
