随着企业规模的不断扩大,加强有效管理,实施科学、量化的绩效管理是集团公司对子分公司有效管理的关键环节,而子分公司高管是企业绩效影响的关键,因此集团公司如何有效管控下属子分公司高管绩效成为研究的热点问题之一。基于此,论文提出构建子分公司高管绩效管控模型,融“重能力、强管理、重实效”三位一体,在物元可拓法的基础上,运用层级分析、分段累计等方法,从多维度评价子分公司高管绩效水平;并通过实证研究,验证了方法的可行性与合理性,进而为有效提升企业组织管控与人力资源管理水平提供新思路和新方法。
