针对引信电子安全系统在充电升压过程中反馈回路失效有可能造成过充的问题,提出了电子安全系统控制动态开关周期的高压电容电压无反馈维持方法。该方法需要在高压维持开始时刻,通过反馈电路采集得到不同环境下漏电流参数,由此算出高压电容电压维持的动态开关控制周期,然后断开反馈电路,在无反馈条件下维持电压稳定。试验验证结果表明,该方法的使用能够排除高压反馈失效的影响,高压充电时通过动态开关合适的开关周期将高压电容上的电压维持在允许范围内,且电路工作可靠。
In view of the problem that the feedback loop fails during the charging step-up process, the electronic safety system has the problem of overcharge. The method of maintaining the high-voltage capacitor voltage without feedback during the dynamic switching cycle of the electronic safety system is proposed. The method needs to acquire the leakage current parameters under different environments through the feedback circuit at the starting moment of high voltage maintenance so as to calculate the dynamic switching control cycle maintained by the high voltage capacitor voltage and then disconnect the feedback circuit to maintain the voltage stability under the condition of no feedback. The experimental results show that the method can eliminate the influence of high voltage feedback failure, maintain the voltage of the high voltage capacitor within the allowable range through the appropriate switching cycle of dynamic switching during high voltage charging, and the circuit works reliably.
