运用生态经济学理论和方法，根据热带地区特点和美万生态村的实际情况，提出了建立评价指标体系的基本原则，初步建立了综合评价的指标体系，探索了切实可行的多层次农业生态经济系统的综合评价方法，并根据评价结果，对美万生态村生态经济系统进展演替状态和进一步调控措施进行了探讨．
