本文对江苏省高速公路桥梁混凝土常用外加剂(其中包括减水剂、早强剂与膨胀剂)对混凝土耐久性的影响进行了研究,得出不同种类的外加剂对混凝土的氯离子渗透、碳化和抗冻性能的影响规律,并在此基础上,采用MIP对其进行微观机理分析。研究结果表明,外加剂可明显提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透的能力,但不同外加剂的影响有所不同;外加剂对混凝土的抗碳化性能有一定的改善作用,混凝土的碳化深度和孔隙率间存在一定的线性关系;外加剂对混凝土的抗冻性影响很大,掺引气减水剂的混凝土抗冻性较好,而单掺早强剂对混凝土抗冻性无改善作用。
In this paper, the common concrete admixtures of highway bridge in Jiangsu Province (including water-reducing agent, early strength agent and expansive agent) on the durability of concrete were studied, obtained different types of admixtures on concrete chloride ion penetration, carbonation And frost resistance, and on this basis, using MIP microscopic mechanism analysis. The results show that admixture can significantly improve the ability of concrete to resist chloride ion penetration, but the influence of different admixtures is different. Admixture can improve the carbonation resistance of concrete, and there exists between the depth of carbonation and the porosity of concrete A certain linear relationship; admixture of concrete greatly affected the frost resistance, admixture of water-reducing agent concrete frost resistance is better, and single-doped early strength agent on concrete frost resistance did not improve.
