目的:研究雷公藤单体对胶质瘤细胞及血管内皮细胞株的体外抑制作用。方法:通过MTT法测定四种雷公藤单体对胶质瘤细胞株SHG44、C6、U251及血管内皮细胞株ECV的体外抑制作用。结果:发现雷公藤单体中三萜类红素等对胶质瘤细胞有一定的抑制作用而且对血管内皮细胞有明显的抑制作用。而雷公藤二萜类单体雷公藤甲素及LLDT-10对胶质瘤细胞有极明显的抑制作用,但对血管内皮细胞无作用。结论:红素对血管内皮细胞有明显抑制作用而二萜类中的雷公藤甲素等对胶质瘤细胞有明显的抑制作用。体外实验为今后体内实验提供了依据。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of tripterygium wilfordii on glioma cells and vascular endothelial cells. METHODS: The inhibitory effects of four tripterygium wilfordii isolates on glioma cell lines SHG44, C6, U251 and vascular endothelial cell line ECV were determined by MTT assay. Results: It was found that triterpenoids of Tripterygium wilfordii can inhibit glioma cells and inhibit vascular endothelial cells. The tripterygium diterpenoids triptolide and LLDT-10 have a significant inhibitory effect on glioma cells, but have no effect on vascular endothelial cells. Conclusion: Erythromycin has a significant inhibitory effect on vascular endothelial cells, and triptolide in diterpenoids has a significant inhibitory effect on glioma cells. In vitro experiments provide the basis for future in vivo experiments.
