近年来,微博作为人们传播信息的新途径被广大人士所认可。究其本质,微博作为一种新出现的信息传播媒介,对于传统媒介的冲击力不小,从话语传播而言,它也为人们表达所思所感,提供了新的领地。但微博的出现,究竟是利于受众,还是利于传播者;是话语权力的大众化,还是话语权利的集中,本文就影响微博话语权利及因素、微博的社会价值、微博的发展前景及存在的问题等展开了探讨。
