1987年,我省农资系列化服务工作针对农民需求全面增长,农业灾害严重,农资商品紧缺,供求矛盾突出的特点,从总结上年经验,进一步提高认识入手,紧紧围绕农村商品生产发展的需要,坚持改革,着力于在巩固的基础上稳步发展,在丰富的基础上力求创新,在完善的过程中不断提高,最终达到提高两个效益的目的,较好地发挥了“促进生产,引导生产,保障供给,繁荣经济”的作用,进一步密切了供销社同农民的鱼水关系,得到了各级党政领导的肯定和农民群众的欢迎。一年来,着重抓了以下几个方面: 一是以基层社为依托,扎根农村,扩点办站,在全省范围内初步形成了优质服务网络。 In 1987, the serialization of agricultural resources in our province targeted the comprehensive growth of farmers’ needs, serious agricultural disasters, shortage of agricultural capital goods, and outstanding characteristics of supply and demand conflicts.
