目的了解某造船厂职业危害状况,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测进行综合评价。结果工作场所中一氧化碳、硫化氢、臭氧、二氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、硫酸、糠醇、氨、氟化物、丙酮、酚、二氯甲烷、苯、甲苯、锰及其化合物、锆及其化合物、矽尘、电焊弧光、工频电场等未超过《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》GBZ2.1、2.2-2007,甲醛、二甲苯、电焊烟尘、砂轮磨尘、其他粉尘、噪声、高温等超过《限值》。结论该造船厂职业病危害严重,需要采取行之有效的职业卫生防护措施。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards of a shipyard and provide the basis for the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods The occupational hygiene survey and workplace occupational hazards were used to make a comprehensive assessment. Results Workplace carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, ozone, carbon dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, sulfuric acid, furfuryl alcohol, ammonia, fluoride, acetone, phenol, methylene chloride, benzene, toluene, manganese and its compounds, zirconium and its compounds, Silica dust, welding arc, power frequency electric field and so on have not exceeded the “occupational exposure limits of workplace harmful factors” GBZ2.1, 2.2-2007, formaldehyde, xylene, welding dust, grinding wheel dust, other dust, noise, “Limit.” Conclusion The shipyard has a serious occupational hazard and needs effective occupational health protection measures.
