目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病个体化营养治疗的作用。方法观察本院2006年1月至2008年3月确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的患者38例,严格控制饮食,监测个体化营养治疗前后空腹血糖,餐后2h血糖,糖化血红蛋白数值变化。结果个体化营养治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均较治疗前水平明显下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论个体化营养治疗妊娠期糖尿病有明显的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of personalized nutrition therapy on gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 38 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus diagnosed in our hospital from January 2006 to March 2008 were included in the study. The diet was controlled strictly. The fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and hemoglobin A1c before and after individualized nutrition therapy were monitored. Results After fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized nutrition treatment of gestational diabetes have obvious therapeutic effect.
