目的:研究蒿蓝感冒颗粒在体内外抗甲型流感病毒的作用。方法:在体外用MTT法检测蒿蓝感冒颗粒对Hep-2细胞的毒性浓度,用CPE法观察蒿蓝感冒颗粒对甲型流感病毒致细胞病变的影响;在体内建立流感病毒感染小鼠模型,观察小鼠的死亡率、生命延长率及肺指数。结果:蒿蓝感冒颗粒在体外对流感病毒所致的Hep-2细胞病变有一定的抑制作用,其IC50为6.94 mg/ml,TI为19.87;蒿兰感冒颗粒2.9、5.8、11.6g/kg三个剂量在体内均能明显降低流感病毒感染小鼠的死亡率,延长其存活时间,并能降低肺指数。结论:蒿蓝感冒颗粒具有明显的抗甲型流感病毒作用。
