糖尿病是由多种原因引起的β细胞功能减退,致胰岛素分泌相对或绝对不足引发的糖代谢紊乱,最终导致全身多器官的损害。众所周知,胰岛素的应用虽明显改善了患者的糖代谢紊乱,但无法阻止糖尿病各种并发症的发生及发展,而在体内建立内源性的胰岛素分泌系统才能治愈糖尿病。全胰移植可有效治疗糖尿病,但因其手术创伤大、病死率高、免疫原性大等缺点不再受到人们的青睐,而胰岛移植具有操作简单、创伤小、并发症少等优点,近年来逐渐受到医学界的重视,成为又一新的研究热点。 Diabetes mellitus is caused by a variety of causes of β-cell dysfunction, resulting in the relative or absolute lack of insulin secretion caused by glucose metabolism disorders, eventually leading to multiple body organ damage.
