Objective: To investigate the clinical application and experience of endodontic implants in breast-feeding women due to bone defects. Methods: Thirteen patients (18 teeth endangered teeth) with loose teeth in lactating women who were admitted to our hospital from January to December in 2011 were selected. GBR technique was used to repair the bone defects. The bone regeneration was evaluated by follow-up Analyze. Results: All the 18 endangered implants were successfully repaired. The maximum distance of defect after repair was 1.2 mm and the minimum was 0 mm, which was significantly different from that before repair (P <0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred during the follow-up period Internal patient feedback is good. CONCLUSIONS: Breast dental implants are often more severe in dental implants. The GBR repair technique has a good clinical effect on endangering dental implants in lactating women and has positive clinical significance for improving oral health during breastfeeding.
