介绍了在中学化学实验室模拟二氧化硫催化氧化的实验。实验围绕二氧化硫、三氧化硫的重要理化性质,介绍了耐高温仪器石英玻璃管的结构和高效钒系催化剂的配比组成,通过对比实验总结成功的关键操作,对实验过程中产生的大量酸雾和三氧化硫腐蚀橡胶等现象进行解释,多角度证明生成了三氧化硫。实验填补了教材演示实验的空白,开发了二氧化硫催化氧化制三氧化硫实验的教育教学价值,对提升教师的专业素养有借鉴价值。
The experiment of simulating sulfur dioxide catalytic oxidation in a high school chemistry laboratory is introduced. Based on the important physical and chemical properties of sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxide, the structure of high temperature resistant quartz glass tube and the composition of high-efficiency vanadium catalyst are introduced. By comparing the experiments, we conclude the successful key operation, And sulfur rubber corrosion phenomena such as interpretation, multi-angle to prove the formation of sulfur trioxide.
