通过扫描电子显微镜研究了定向凝固DZ951合金在不同热处理条件下γ′相的演化过程。结果表明:合金经1 240℃固溶处理并在随后炉冷过程中,一个大的立方形γ′相能够分解成八个小的立方形γ′相。弹性能的降低是γ′分解的驱动力。DZ951合金在1 000℃长期时效2 000 h后,γ′相尺寸达到1.5μm也不发生分解,而是粗化形筏,形筏的驱动力为弹性能和界面能的降低。
The evolution of γ ’phase in the directionally solidified DZ951 alloy under different heat treatment conditions was investigated by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that a large cubic γ ’phase can be decomposed into eight small cubic γ’ phases by solution treatment of the alloy at 1 240 ℃ and subsequent furnace cooling. Elastic reduction is the driving force for the decomposition of γ ’. After aging at 1000 ℃ for 2 000 h, the size of γ ’phase reaches 1.5μm and does not decompose, but rather the roughening raft. The driving force of the shape raft is the elastic energy and the decrease of the interfacial energy.
