高强度铸造锌基合金是近十多年来国内外应用日益广泛的价廉、节能、优质的新材料。作为耐磨的轴承材料是它应用的一个主要方面。本文介绍了ZA27、ZA12、ZA4-3锌基合金与ZQSn6-6-3锡青铜的摩擦磨损特性对比试验研究。试验采用MHK500型磨损试验机进行,在润滑与干摩擦条件下对材料的跑合性能、自润滑性能、耐磨性以及抗咬合性能进行了试验对比,通过大量数据的结果分析,从而得出ZA27、ZA12用以作为ZQSn6-6-3代用材料的适宜条件。
High-strength cast zinc-based alloy is more and more widely used at home and abroad more than 10 years cheap, energy saving, high quality new material. As a wear-resistant bearing material is one of the main aspects of its application. This article describes the friction and wear characteristics of ZA27, ZA12, ZA4-3 zinc-based alloys and ZQSn6-6-3 bronze comparative test study. The test was carried out by using MHK500 abrasion testing machine. The running performance, self-lubricating property, abrasion resistance and anti-seizure performance of the material under lubrication and dry friction were tested and compared. Through the analysis of a large amount of data, it was concluded that ZA27 , ZA12 used as ZQSn6-6-3 alternative materials suitable conditions.
