功能T细胞亚群的确定曾是过去10年实践中最活跃而最有用的研究内容之一,对B细胞亚群的研究则进展较慢。但是随着单克隆抗体、(McA b)的应用,可能加快这一发展。目前,虽然根据小鼠IgM的相对和绝对量及IgD的存在与否,能够确定B细胞亚群。但本文除表面和胞浆Ig(cIg)、Fc和补体受体抗体外,力图对至今已取得成功的McAb作一综述。此文介绍的大多数McAb并不单纯与B细胞反应,但这并不影响其用
The identification of functional T-cell subsets was one of the most active and useful in the past 10 years of practice, and the study of B-cell subsets progressed more slowly. However, with the use of monoclonal antibodies (McAb), this development may be accelerated. Currently, B cell subsets can be determined based on the relative and absolute amounts of mouse IgM and the presence or absence of IgD. However, in this paper, in addition to surface and cytoplasmic Ig (cIg), Fc and complement receptor antibodies, trying to McAb has been so far made a review. Most McAbs described in this article do not simply react with B cells, but this does not affect their use
