本文研究了波长调制法发生的导数光谱的灵敏度及信噪比。我们利用计算机模拟了各种可能的吸收曲线,并分析了各种情况下的灵敏度和信噪比。我们着重研究了导数阶数和Δλ这两个导数光谱最重要的参数对各种吸收峰导数光谱灵敏度及信噪比的影响。我们的结果表明。当原吸收峰的半峰高处全宽等于Δλ时,导数阶数越高,导数光谱的灵敏度就越高。这一结论与目前所见文献的结论不一样。
In this paper, we study the sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio of the derivative spectrum generated by wavelength modulation. We simulated various possible absorption curves using a computer and analyzed the sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio in each case. We focus on the effects of the most important parameters of the derivative order and Δλ on the spectral sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio of various absorption peaks. Our result shows. When the full width at half height of the original absorption peak is equal to Δλ, the higher the derivative order, the higher the sensitivity of the derivative spectrum. This conclusion is different from the conclusion of the current literature.
