本文列出了微量调速阀流量关系式。对此式的分析表明,在油温变化对微小流量变化率的影响 中,节流阀、减压阀的泄漏量是不可忽略的。从油温变化对微小流量变化率影响的分析得知,减压阀间隙的大小,对微小流量变化率的影响最大。提出的一种装配式大头型减压阀可以减小间隙,从而减少油温变化对微小流量变化率的影响。根据节流阀泄漏量变化对微小流量变化率影响的分析,提出了消除节流阀泄漏的两种方法。图3幅,表4个。
This article lists the flow rate control valve trace. This type of analysis shows that the impact of changes in oil temperature on the rate of change of small flow, throttle, valve leakage can not be ignored. From the analysis of the influence of the change of oil temperature on the rate of change of the minute flow rate, it is found that the size of the valve clearance has the greatest effect on the rate of change of the minute flow rate. The proposed assembly-type head-type pressure reducing valve can reduce the gap, thereby reducing the influence of the variation of the oil temperature on the rate of change of the minute flow rate.
