目的对星状神经节超激光照射与复合局部药物注射两种方法治疗面部带状疱疹的效果及预后进行评价。方法面部带状疱疹患者46例采用A、B两法各23例。A法为星状神经节超激光照射;B法为A法加皮损区得宝松与利多卡因等局部注射疗法;对镇痛效果及疱疹消失时间以及疱疹后神经痛3方面跟踪观察。结果综合治疗法(B法)23例患者皮损均消失,2年内无复发,21例在治疗后睡眠质量显著改善,较单纯星状神经节照射疗法(A法)在上述3个方面治疗的观察差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B法较A法治疗效果确切。结论星状神经节超激光照射法加皮损区局部注射疗法治疗面部带状疱疹,疗效迅速确切,预后良好。 Objective To evaluate the effect and prognosis of superficial laser irradiation and compound local injection in the treatment of facial shingles. Methods A total of 46 patients with facial shingles were treated with A and B respectively, each with 23 cases. Conclusion Stellate ganglion superfluorescent irradiation plus local injection of skin lesions treatment of facial herpes zoster, the effect of rapid and accurate, good prognosis.
