基于孕震断层多锁固段脆性破裂理论,以板块边界和区域性大断裂作为主控条件,修订了1.0版环太平洋、大洋海岭与大陆裂谷地震带地震区划分图.从孕育周期界定与主震事件判识角度,采用新发展的最小有效性震级确定方法和地震事件量级匹配原则,先修订不合理的地震震级参数,而后界定地震区孕育周期、判识其主震事件并分析其未来震情,得到比之前分析更好的结果.本文所得结论可供有关国家相关部门参考,以采取有效防震减灾措施.
Based on the theory of brittle fracture in the multi-locked zone of the seismogenic fault, the division boundaries of the Pacific Rim, the oceanic ridge and the continental rift seismic zone in the 1.0 edition are revised with the boundary of the plate and the regional major faults as the main controlling conditions. According to the principle of minimum effective magnitude of new development and principle of magnitude matching of seismic event, the unreasonable earthquake magnitude parameters are revised first, and then the seismogenic period of the earthquake area is defined to identify the mainshock event and analyze its The future earthquake conditions, get better results than the previous analysis.The conclusions of this paper can be used for reference to the relevant state departments in order to take effective earthquake disaster reduction measures.
