德国媒体近日报道,中国中宇卫浴于近日在法兰克福证交所以14.75欧元交易价成功上市,成为首家在德国上市的中国建材企业,比发行价上涨13.5%,IPO筹资达1.05亿欧元,成为进入法兰克福证券市场最大的中国企业。
German media recently reported that China Zhongyu Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. successfully listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange at the transaction price of 14.75 euros recently and became the first Chinese building materials enterprise listed in Germany with a 13.5% increase in issue price and IPO financing of 105 million euros Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the largest Chinese enterprises.
