目的:建立反相-高效液相色谱法考察冠心丹参片中丹参酮A的含量,为其质量控制提供依据。方法:采用AgilentZORBAX Eclipse X DB-C8(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇∶水(72∶28)为流动相,检测波长:270nm,流速1.0ml/min进行测定。结果:丹参酮A的线性范围为0.04032~0.40320μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.41%,RSD=2.7%。结论:反相-高效液相色谱法简便,可靠,可用于冠心丹参片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of tanshinone A in Guanxin Danshen Tablets, and provide basis for quality control. METHODS: An Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse X DB-C8 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol:water (72:28). The detection wavelength was 270 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results: The linear range of tanshinone A was from 0.04032 to 0.40320 μg (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 97.41% and the RSD was 2.7%. Conclusion: Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography is simple, reliable and can be used for the quality control of Guanxin Danshen tablets.
