目的研究复方半枝莲胶囊对小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用。方法分别建立四氯化碳(CCl4)和硫代乙酰胺(TAA)诱导小鼠肝损伤模型,测定小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)为指标观察复方半枝莲胶囊对肝损伤的保护作用。结果复方半枝莲胶囊可以明显降低CCl4、TAA所致小鼠血清ALT、AST水平。结论复方半枝莲胶囊对CCl4、TAA引起的肝损伤有明显的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of Compound Banzhilian capsule on experimental liver injury in mice. Methods Liver injury models induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) and thioacetamide (TAA) were established in mice. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels in mice were determined. Objective To observe the protective effect of compound Scutellaria barbata on liver injury. Results The compound banzhilian capsule can significantly reduce the serum ALT and AST levels caused by CCl4 and TAA. Conclusion Compound Banzhilian capsule has obvious protective effect on liver injury caused by CCl4 and TAA.
