在我国的法律规定中针对劳动人事纠纷的管理等进行了明确的规定,其中关于《中国工会章程》明确指出:中国建立工会的基本职责是将职工在工作中的权益进行维护,保证他们的正常权利。《劳动法》中也指出企业的工会建立主要是为了更好的保护劳动者的权益,保证其能够独自的开展活动。不仅在我国的法律中对工会的职能进行了明确的规定,在企业或是事业单位中也对其提出相关的要求,并把维护职工利益作为工会建立基本的职责之一。对于工会来讲维护工人的权益的主要途径就是参与到企业中或是事业单位以及人事管理中,这样才能方便其对工人的问题的管理与解决,这也是职工基本的权利之一。
In the law of our country, there is a clear stipulation on the management of disputes over labor and personnel. Among them, “China’s trade union constitution” clearly states: The basic duty of establishing trade unions in China is to safeguard the rights and interests of employees in their work and ensure their normality right. The “Labor Law” also pointed out that the establishment of an enterprise’s trade union was mainly aimed at better protecting the rights and interests of workers and ensuring that they could carry out their activities independently. Not only has the law of our country explicitly stipulated the functions of trade unions, but also put forward relevant requirements in enterprises and institutions and made it one of the basic duties of the trade unions to safeguard the interests of workers and staff. For the trade unions, the main way to safeguard the rights and interests of workers is to participate in enterprises, public institutions and personnel management in order to facilitate their management and solution to the workers’ problems. This is also one of the basic rights of workers.
