新《安全生产法》第四条规定:“推进安全生产标准化建设,提高安全生产水平,确保安全生产。”《企业安全生产标准化评审工作管理办法(试行)》(安监总办[2014]49号)第八条规定:“企业安全生产标准化建设以企业自主创建为主。企业完成自评后,实行自愿申请评审。”
Article 4 of the new “Production Safety Law” stipulates that: “The standardization of safety production shall be promoted so as to raise the level of safety in production and ensure safety in production.” “Measures for the Administration of the Standardized Safety Assessment of Enterprises (Trial)” ] No. 49) Article VIII provides: “Standardization of enterprise safety production to create the main independent enterprises. Enterprises completed self-assessment, the implementation of voluntary application review. ”
