中小学生的行为,往往是他们思想的外露。教师的评价是对他们进行政治思想工作的一个重要手段,肯定正确,批评错误,表彰先进,鞭策落后,但有时因未考虑学生心理因素,而达不到目的,尤其是对差生的评价。因此,教师要先着手学生行为的心理分析,不能单凭行为现象就作出某种判断和处理,既要注重动机和效果的统一,又要考虑到动机与效果有不一致的情况。
The behavior of primary and middle school students is often the exposure of their ideas. The evaluation of teachers is an important means for them to carry out political and ideological work. They are surely correct, criticizing mistakes, commending advanced and spurring backwardness, but sometimes they fail to consider the psychological factors of students and fail to achieve their goals, especially for poor students. Therefore, the teacher must first start the psychological analysis of student behavior. It is not possible to make certain judgments and treatments based solely on behavioral phenomena. It is necessary to pay attention to the unity of motivation and effect, and also to consider the situation in which motivation and effect are inconsistent.
