应用组织病理学方法观察了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对硅橡胶植入体生物相容性的影响,结果表明SOD可抑制硅橡胶所致的炎症细胞的浸润和减薄纤维包膜的厚度,提示SOD可提高植入体生物相容性。
The effect of superoxide dismutase (SOD) on the biocompatibility of silicone rubber implants was observed by histopathology. The results showed that SOD could inhibit the infiltration of inflammatory cells induced by silicone rubber and reduce the thickness of fibrous capsule , Suggesting that SOD can improve the biocompatibility of implants.
