在介绍P91钢管的成分优化措施和强化机理的基础上,对ASME A335 P91和国内生产的GB5310中10Cr9Mo1VNb N进行了化学成分和物理检测项目包括非金属夹杂物、晶粒度、显微组织、室温力学性能等比较,并对国产P91钢管现状进行分析,得出我国的P91钢管各项性能指标已经日渐满足使用要求,正逐步取代进口P91钢的使用。通过对两种标准体系的比较,有助于深入理解ASME标准与国标的差异和相关标准的实施,也有助于理解我国锅炉管以及压力容器标准的发展变化,这对强化锅炉管的安全具有重大意义。
Based on the introduction of composition optimization and strengthening mechanism of P91 steel pipe, the chemical composition and physical testing of 10Cr9Mo1VNb N in AS53 A335 P91 and GB5310 in China were carried out, including non-metallic inclusions, grain size, microstructure, room temperature Mechanical properties and so on, and analyzes the current situation of domestic P91 steel pipe, and concludes that all the performance indexes of P91 steel pipe in our country have gradually met the requirements of use and are gradually replacing the use of imported P91 steel. Comparison of the two standard systems will help to understand the differences between ASME standards and national standards and the implementation of relevant standards, as well as to understand the development and changes of boiler tubes and pressure vessel standards in our country. This will have a significant impact on the safety of boilers significance.
