高血压脑出血因发病率高、危害大受到神经科医师的重视,随着人类平均寿命的增加,其发病率也随之增高。如何提高外科术后生存率,神经外科医师做了大量的工作,运用了许多方法来解决脑出血的问题。尽管有些方法对提高脑出血病人的生存率有一定的帮助,但脑出血术后再出血这一对术后生存率有重要影响的关键问题始终未得到很好的解决。作者对我院1991～2000年收治的脑出血病人进行了研究,总结出预防术后再出血以提高脑出血病人术后生存率的方法。
High incidence of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage because of the high incidence of harm by neurologists attention, with the increase of human life expectancy, the incidence also increased. How to improve the survival rate after surgery, neurosurgeons do a lot of work, the use of many methods to solve the problem of cerebral hemorrhage. Although some methods may be helpful to improve the survival rate of patients with ICH, the key issues that have an important impact on postoperative survival rate after ICH are not solved well. The author of our hospital from 1991 to 2000 admitted to patients with cerebral hemorrhage were studied to sum up the prevention of postoperative hemorrhage to improve postoperative survival rate of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
