幼儿从家庭进入幼儿园,教师是父母之后又一重要成人。积极有效的师幼互动对幼儿的发展有多方面的作用。它不仅有利于幼儿适应园内的生活,积极愉快地参加活动,也利于幼儿社会性的培养。本文以师幼互动的关系为切入点,从更新教师观念入手,通过调整教师行为,充分了解、关注爱护幼儿,尊重其人格,关注其兴趣,进而促进积极、有效的师幼互动的发展。
Toddlers enter kindergarten from home and teachers are important adults after their parents. Active and effective teacher-child interaction has many effects on the development of young children. It is not only conducive to children adapt to life in the park, active and enjoyable activities, but also conducive to social development of children. Starting with the renewal of teacher’s concept, this article fully understands and cares for young children, respects their personality, pays attention to their interests, and then promotes the active and effective development of teacher-child interaction.
