采用气相色谱法测定冻干纤维蛋白胶制品中磷酸三丁酯残留量。以磷酸三丙酯(TPP)作为内标物,采用酸改性PEG-20M(交联)毛细管柱,气化室温度:200℃检测器温度:220℃;柱温:180℃;载气为氮气。磷酸三丁酯在2～161μg/ml浓度范围内良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9998,平均回收率为101.4%,RSD1.57%。
Determination of Tributyl Phosphate in Lyophilized Fibrin Sealant by Gas Chromatography. Using acid-modified PEG-20M (cross-linked) capillary column with tripropyl phosphate (TPP) as internal standard, the gasification chamber temperature was 200 ℃. The detector temperature was 220 ℃. The column temperature was 180 ℃. The carrier gas was Nitrogen. Tributyl phosphate had a good linearity in the range of 2 ~ 161μg / ml, the correlation coefficient was 0.9998, the average recovery was 101.4% and the RSD was 1.57%.
