针对电厂机组采用不同检修周期对发电成本的影响进行了研究。通过对某机组的检修方案进行优化计算分析后发现,适当、合理地延长机组大修周期,可减少检修成本,降低发电成本。该研究成果可以在国产600 MW燃煤机组的检修工作中推广和应用,也可以为其他大型机组提供参考,对提高电力企业自身的市场竞争能力有实际指导作用。
The influence of different maintenance cycle on power generation cost of power plants is studied. Through the analysis and optimization of a maintenance program of a certain unit, it is found that proper and reasonable extension of unit overhaul period can reduce overhauling cost and reduce power generation cost. The research results can be popularized and applied in the overhaul work of domestic 600 MW coal-fired units, and can also provide references for other large-scale units, which has practical guidance to improve the competitiveness of power enterprises in their own markets.
