经验告诉我们:即便是同一个原因,它对问题产生的影响也会随其本身作用强弱变化或量值波动(这里我们称之为“水准”)而发生差异。因此研究原因的水准变化究竟是如何影响问题的,可以为我们提供一种行之有效的要因识别手段。“水准差分析”方法综合运用了数据分层、检查表、散布图、二元表(矩阵图法)等原理和方法,通过将同一原因对结果的影响程度分区段考察,并对其变异幅值进行比较,从而确认造成结果的主要原因。文章通过一个案例,解析了“水准差分析法”的应用。
Experience tells us that even for one and the same reason, its impact on a problem can vary depending on the strength or weakness of its effects or fluctuations in its magnitude (here we call “leveling”).
