1 前言WCY-100温度程序测控仪用于脱腊炉的温度测量与控制。在研制过程中,根据我国工业过程仪表的发展情况及有关工业工艺现场的要求,确定了以微处理器为基础的智能化、标准化、通用化的设计方案。该方案的基本思想是:保留传统调节仪表的面板式操作,单回路控制及DDZ-2、DDZ-3型仪表的输入输出形式,同时,实现较高精度的多参数数字设定及温度程序曲线跟踪控制。产品经生产现场1年多运行考验,性能与功能均达到了设计指标。可广泛应用于环境试验设备、化工、医药、冶金等工业部门作温度测量及控制。
