一般重介质分选方法局限于处理粗粒矿石,对于细粒矿石分选效果较差,小于6毫米的矿石就更难用一般重介质分选方法进行有效分选。近年来,借离心力场代替重力场的途径,广泛研究了重介质旋流器的分选工艺,并在国外已有较多的工业实践,显示了良好的技术经济效果。本文主要介绍在某地锑矿石重介质分选基础上进行的重介质旋流器試验研究结果。
In general, heavy medium separation methods are limited to the treatment of coarse-grained ores, which are poorly sorted for fine-grained ores. Ore less than 6 mm is even more difficult to classify efficiently using the general gravity-medium separation method. In recent years, the centrifugal force field instead of the gravitational field approach, extensive study of the Dense Medium cyclone separation process, and in foreign countries have more industrial practice, showing a good technical and economic results. This paper mainly introduces the results of heavy medium cyclone test based on the heavy medium classification of antimony ore in a certain place.
