针对当前改革背景下如何顺利推进普通高中的转型,笔者从整合学校资源、构建科学合理的制度、打造和谐团队等几个角度进行了思考。一、引进现代管理理念,用先进的制度管理学校探索先进的管理理念,可以为高中办学准确定位及构建校园文化提供思路。本人所在学校在办学过程中提出了“理念先行”的发展路径,积极探索并逐步形成符合学校人力资源管理的核心理念与优化师资队伍的中心思想。引入以人为本的管理理念,并将其运用在学校人力资源管理、教师队伍建设中,这主要体现在人才积极调动、情感激励等机制中,具体如下。
In the light of the current reform background, how to smoothly promote the transition of ordinary senior high schools, the author thinks from several aspects such as integrating school resources, building a scientific and reasonable system and building a harmonious team. First, the introduction of modern management concepts, with advanced system management schools to explore advanced management concepts, can provide accurate positioning for high school and building campus culture to provide ideas.
