应用病毒防治森林害虫,因有公害小,不伤害天敌,效果好及具有持续效果等优点,而日益引起人们的重视。国内、外在这方面均做了大量的研究工作,并取得很好的防治效果。随着应用病毒防治害虫的发展,各国亦很重视用飞机喷洒病毒制剂防治森林害虫,但在防治效果方面有较大的差异。法国,罗马尼亚工作组曾用1×10~(13)PIB/公顷,以航空微滴喷雾(舞毒蛾NPV),经25~30天观察,其死亡率达59.6~66.8%(Mihalache G.1938)。据Iniae M.(1978)报导,用7.6×10~(11)PIB/公顷的NPV悬液喷洒,经25~30天观察,舞毒蛾大量死
