目的探讨持续性人文关怀理念在ICU护理中的应用。方法随机选取2010年6月-2014年5月医院收治的重症监护患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为试验组(48例)和对照组(48例),对照组采取常规护理,试验组在对照组护理基础上采取持续性人文关怀理念,比较2组患者的护理满意度和焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分情况。结果试验组护理满意度为95.8%高于对照组的72.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前2组SAS评分和SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后2组患者SAS、SDS评分均明显下降,且试验组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU护理中采取持续性人文关怀理念进行临床护理可以改善患者的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高患者护理满意度,快速促进疾病康复,具有积极的临床使用价值。
Objective To explore the application of the concept of sustained humanistic care in ICU nursing. Methods Ninety-six patients with intensive care admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to May 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases) according to random number method. The control group received routine nursing care, On the basis of the control group, the experimental group adopted the concept of persistent humanistic care, and compared the nursing satisfaction, anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) scores of the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.8% higher than that of the control group (72.9%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in SAS score and SDS score between the two groups before nursing (P> 0.05). After nursing, SAS and SDS scores of two groups were significantly decreased, and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Taking the concept of continuous humane care in ICU nursing care can improve the patient’s anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, improve the satisfaction of patient care and quickly promote the rehabilitation of the disease, which has positive clinical value.
