在现代体育运动中,速度是取得胜利的关键因素,在田径项目中没有良好的速度就不可能获得比赛的胜利,这是每个教练员、运动员都清楚的问题。但是,如何提高运动员的速度,一般认为是提高步长或步频。许多教练员最初把重点放在提高步长上,结果造成步频下降,不但没有提高速度反而造成伤病。特别是青少年运动员的速度训练更加复杂,训练不当会造成速度障碍或早衰。这里介绍提高步长和步频的方法,供体育工作者借鉴,这些方法的作用已经得到国外体育工作者的证实。
