本文从电气传动各种调速方案的主要设备初投资、效率、功率因数、调速范围等方面作了比较,指出采用异步机串级调速系统在一定范围内最为合理,其功率因数降低的问题可以通过最近研制成功的新型高功率因数串级调速系统的方案得到显著提高(0.9以上),而附加投资可比单纯采用电容器补偿的投资至少低50%。串级调速系统的最大转矩降低问题也作了讨论,指出传统的理论数据与实际出入较大,根据新的研究结果,实际降低没有传统数据那么大。文中提出了新的修正公式。
This paper compares the initial investment, efficiency, power factor, speed range and other aspects of the main equipment of various speed regulation programs of electric drive, and points out that it is most reasonable to use the asynchronous machine cascade speed regulation system within a certain range, and its power factor is reduced The problem can be significantly improved (over 0.9) with the recent development of a new high power factor cascade control system, with additional investment of at least 50% less than investment in capacitor compensation alone. The problem of maximum torque reduction of cascade speed governing system is also discussed. It points out that the traditional theoretical data and actual access are larger, and according to the new research results, the actual reduction is less than the traditional data. The paper proposed a new correction formula.
