车底炉快速还原工艺与机理的研究对于大规模开发利用国内的低品位矿石具有十分重要的意义。通过对国内某钢铁公司低品位鲕状赤铁矿还原试验的工艺与机理的系统研究,并对试样进行了XRD、SEM以及EDX分析,试验结果表明,在还原温度1150℃,还原时间100min,加入一定比例的添加剂,料层厚度为30mm,矿物粒度为1-3mm的还原条件下,取得了该种低品位矿物深度还原和高效分离的较好效果。
Research on the process and mechanism of the car-hearth rapid reduction is of great significance for the large-scale development and utilization of low-grade ore in China. Through the systematic research on the process and mechanism of the low grade oolitic hematite reduction test of a domestic steel company, the XRD, SEM and EDX analysis of the sample were carried out. The results showed that under the conditions of reduction temperature 1150 ℃, reduction time 100min, By adding a certain proportion of additives, the thickness of the material layer is 30mm and the particle size of the mineral is 1-3mm, the better effect of deep reduction and high efficiency separation of the low grade minerals is achieved.
